After its identification and evaluation missions, 2007 and 2009 in Mauritania (municipality of Tékane), ACTUME organized a project launch mission from 4 to 23 November 2010 for his Therapeutic program to build loyalty among people with tuberculosis and raise awareness among the population of the Trarza region in Mauritania.

This mission was carried out by:

  • KANE Oumar: President ACTUME.

On site, he was supported by:

  • KANE Hamedine: Honorary member;
  • SY Fatimata: Honorary President;
  • KANE Cheikh Mamadou: municipal councilor Tékane town hall
  • SARR Khady (Diagnel): responsible for the health commission of the municipality of Tékane.

Mission objectives

  • Recruitment of community agents in the Municipality of Tékane ;
  • Establishment of coordination;
  • Organization of the project launch in February 2011.

At the end of this mission, we can take for granted:

  • identification of all our local partners;
  • definition of the profile of the community worker;
  • identification of a network of community agents in the Municipality of Tékane.
